Lots O' Snow

It's finally snowing enough here that I can use my new snow boots. I haven't had boots in over 5 years. I see a guy shoveling off snow from the roof of the parking garage in a waterfall of snow.

And yes, I did take photos of the snow, however I can't seem to find the cord to my camera that hooks up to the computer. I know I used it last night, I just seemed to have misplaced it. After this class that I am waiting for, I'll find it and post them. Campus was closed until 10 am today, but sadly it didn't affect me because my class starts later. Hopefully something similar will happen tomorrow so I don't have to go too early to my 3 hour class.

I met with my editors last night and they tried to help me brain storm ideas for a photo essay. I just haven't been able to find an event or person that I feel like covering. I might do a present giving event if I have time, but I'm also checking with one of my friends for an idea. It might be difficult to get permission though.

I'll update with photos asap.

I found my cord in one of my drawers. Wonderful organization huh? Here are some photos of the snowfall throughout the day.

Early in the morning it was very cloudy and most of the snow came down at this time.

Students going to class regardless of snow.

I was studying for my Women Studies exam and wanted to take a picture of the snow through my window.

And a clearer view of the scene outside. The video I was watching is one of my favorites. I love the song the most.

AMV Euphoria - Must Be Dreaming

The sun came out around 3. I really love this photo because of how the light hits the tree and the little snow that is on its trunk. It almost looks Tim Burton-ish to me.

We have a wonderful tradition here on campus of taking the trays from the Dining Commons and going sledding with them. Some students took this opportunity to continue it.

The sun came through the clouds and it looked like there were two heavens. The sun sets here are some of the best I have ever seen.

Footprints in the snow.

I'm currently finishing up my extension project and hopefully will be done before Heroes comes on.

I uploaded a GuestMap. Be sure to post where you're visiting from!!

I hope that this finds you well.
