Projects up the ying-yang

As the semester closes, work has piled up to the point where I feel like I have to stay up till all hours to get it done and will not find anytime to have some me time. I can't wait till my month off. I have a body extension project due this coming Tuesday, and while other people had three weeks to develop ideas, mine were continually revised to the point where my teacher told me to think of another idea with one week to work on it. I just was able to buy materials today and I am freaking out about getting it done. I also just got the next project in that same class that is due at the end of the term, which means I am doing two projects at the same time, including a Women Studies project due next Tuesday. So this weekend I have now 3 projects that I will be working on, not including the possibility of more homework from my next drawing class as we are starting new drawings in cubism. So in between these projects, there are exams and studying for finals I have to work on. I just hope that I come out sane at the end of the next 3 weeks.

Here is the wire that I am wrapping around my cage for my body extension. I bought as much as I could and will probably have to buy more depending on the measurements that I have yet to take. Joy...

On November 27th, I went to the Bones and Bars event to take some photos of the Trombone Choir at Bezanson Hall. There were so many people there that some had to sit in the aisle and I'm glad that I show up early to these events. Moving around was interesting and I had a women audience member tell me to stop taking photos because my shutter was really loud. And it is, which I don't like. I just moved during the next song and took some more and got out. Whatever, that is life.
